Chairman – Jamie McIntyre

As founder of the 21st Century Education business, Jamie has over 10 years of experience in financial and personal education services. A born entrepreneur, Jamie is responsible for the overall vision, development of education content and is the official spokesperson for the group.

Chief Executive Officer Colin Fabig

A seasoned new media executive with over 15 years experience at CEO and executive board level in new technology and content businesses. Colin has come out of gardening leave after selling his last business for $37 million to the Photon Group in 2007. His expertise is in implementing vision via strategy and systems, multilevel management and blue-chip reporting for multinational marketing driven businesses. Colin is responsible to the board for funding, revenues, profits, growth, compliance and business sustainability. He is a passionate believer in empowerment education and making a difference and like Jamie attributes his success, to lifestyle education of the kind offered by 21st Century Education.

CFO and 21st Century Services Division head – Ken Edmondson

A chartered accountant with 24 years of senior corporate finance experience with companies such as Vodafone, Multiplex and HP, Ken brings significant expertise to the financial management of 21st Century Education. Ken is responsible for all financial controls within the business, internal process re-engineering and the Services Division.

Corporate Counsel – Tom Degnan

A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Tom has extensive experience with the Corporations Act, Commercial Law, Managed Investments and Property Law. He is responsible for all in-house legal affairs, corporate compliance and AFSL matters.
