“I became a member in Feb. 2008, and attended my first 4 day in that same month. I had enjoyed it so much that I decided to volunteer for the next 4 day event in August. Volunteering for the 4 day event is a very treasured experience of my life, as I was passionate about everything 21CA stood for and enjoyed listening to all the speakers, especially Jamie. Being a volunteer helped me to see the seminar from an entirely new viewpoint, and in many ways a better viewpoint. Being a volunteer meant I was involved in the day-to-day operations of the seminar, which included handing out forms, being a microphone runner, general upkeep of the seminar room and helping out with any enquiries the attendees had. This was great; not only because was I attending the seminar (by taking part in the sessions I wanted to see again), but also contributing to its success with my own efforts, thereby enriching my experience. Being a volunteer also meant that I effectively got an Access-All-Areas pass to the event; especially the breakout room, where we were provided with 3 meals a day + drinks and relaxed with the rest of the 21st Century Crew + Speakers. To see and talk to the speakers in a more casual setting reaffirmed their integrity to me and proved their authenticity. This further increased my belief in myself and my ability to do the strategies and achieve my dreams. I would recommend volunteering to anyone who has attended the seminar before, without a doubt.”.

“I first attended a 4 day in Sept 06 and had such an amazing time and the Smurfs (because the volunteers wear blue shirts) were so helpful and made the event truly wonderful I wanted to come back and do the same for others. I got so much emotionally, financially and spiritually that I felt that I had to give back and help others have an experience like I did. I then came back and volunteered at the next 5 events and loved every minute of it. They are long hours but so rewarding. After crewing at my 5th Event Jamie invited me to come and work for him in the member support team where I get to help clients every day. The highlight for me has always been the team days. Every Tuesday following a 4 Day event Jamie surprises the crew, staff and speakers by organising one of many fun activities such as yachting, boating or jet skiing. This is a wonderful opportunity to network on a more social level with the speakers and Jamie. Crewing is such a great experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to play at a higher level and associate themselves with like-minded people. See you at the next 4 Day!"

“Volunteering was fantastic! Apart from having the opportunity to mentor and help others, you also have so many advantages when you crew at any 21st Century Education event. Members who are just attending don't even realise the massive potential that exists. We have backstage access to all the speakers and get to have one-on-one mentoring with them. We get to see a different, more personal side of Jamie McIntyre and get to share in the experience of an appreciation dinner, where all speakers, staff and crew members attend a dinner hosted by Jamie at the end of a 4 Day event to show his appreciation for our hard work and efforts.
